    Scope of Works:

    Complete demolition and reconstruction of the pastry kitchen cool room, designed and built to meet stringent food safety and operational continuity requirements in a live hotel environment.

    Project Challenges:

    • Live Operating Environment:The pastry kitchen remained operational throughout the build. We coordinated daily with hotel kitchen staff to maintain workflow with zero disruption to service.
    • Dust & Debris Management:Special containment measures were implemented to ensure airborne dust, construction debris, and noise were kept to an absolute minimum — critical in a working hospitality kitchen.
    • Complex Coordination:The site presented logistical and structural limitations. Precision scheduling and trade coordination were essential to meet the strict timeframe and avoid disrupting hotel operations.

    • Custom Design & Engineering of the new cool room to suit spatial and operational constraints
