Maintenance that prevents call-backs
Quarterly or bi-annual PM (site-dependent): filters, coil cleans, drain maintenance, electrical tightening, leak checks, indoor fan current, EEV position checks, BS box valve tests, and performance trending. You get a short, plain-English report with priorities.

FAQs
What’s the difference between VRF and VRV?
Same technology. “VRV” is Daikin’s trademark; “VRF” is the generic term.
How often should VRF be serviced?
Quarterly for heavy-use/dirty environments; six-monthly for light commercial. Skipping PM leads to comms faults, HP trips and poor comfort.
Can you expand my existing system?
Usually, if capacity and pipework allow. We check diversity, charge and controls to avoid starving existing zones.
Do you integrate with BMS?
Yes—BACnet/Modbus gateways with clean point lists, graphics and alarm hierarchies.
Typical install time?
SMB office (8–20 indoors): 1–2 weeks. Mid-size building (20–60 indoors): 2–5 weeks, staged to minimise disruption.
