    The Challenge

The venue was fully operational, with gaming, kitchen and function areas all in constant use. Existing HVAC systems were not delivering adequate airflow or cooling capacity across key zones, impacting comfort and performance. Any disruption during works would directly affect patrons, staff and revenue, making staging and coordination critical.

    Our Solution

We reconfigured and upgraded the HVAC system across multiple zones, improving air distribution, increasing cooling capacity and integrating fresh air where required. Works were carefully staged to maintain full venue operation, with all modifications delivered in a way that improved system performance without disrupting trading.

    Results & Outcomes

Venue remained fully operational for the duration of the works
Airflow distribution improved across key zones
Cooling capacity increased in high-load areas
    System rebalanced for consistent performance
Delivered on time and on budget
