The Challenge
The existing pastry kitchen cold room required full replacement within a live hotel kitchen environment. The kitchen remained operational, meaning any disruption would directly impact service, food preparation and revenue. Access constraints, tight timeframes and the need to maintain safe, controlled conditions made execution high-risk.
Our Solution
We demolished and rebuilt the cold room in stages, allowing the kitchen to remain fully operational throughout the works. New panels, flooring and refrigeration systems were installed with BMS-integrated controls, delivering stable performance while coordinating closely with site operations to eliminate disruption.
