The Challenge
The client required a fully self-contained cold room for a busy restaurant operating at full capacity, with no tolerance for downtime. Limited site access, tight delivery conditions and constant staff and customer movement made installation high-risk. A traditional build was not viable without disrupting operations or extending time on site.
Our Solution
We designed and delivered a fully self-contained skid-mounted cold room, fabricated off-site to minimise on-site works and installation risk. The unit was delivered pre-configured with refrigeration, pipework and controls, allowing for rapid placement and commissioning with minimal disruption to restaurant operations.
