    The Challenge

    This was a new build with a fixed opening date and no margin for delay. The site had no available power during construction, requiring all works to be completed under temporary conditions while coordinating with multiple trades to meet the program.

    Our Solution

    We delivered a full cold room build, including refrigeration systems, working off a generator to maintain progress without reliance on site power. The installation was coordinated with the broader construction program to ensure seamless integration and readiness for store opening.
