The Challenge
The existing tuckshop cold room had reached end of life and required full demolition and replacement. The works had to be completed within a fixed school holiday window, with zero tolerance for overrun. Any delay would impact the school’s ability to operate when term resumed.
Our Solution
We carried out a full demolition and rebuild of the cold room, installing new panels, flooring, doors, refrigeration systems and controls. The project was tightly planned and executed within the holiday period, ensuring the facility was fully operational and ready for day one of the new term.
